December, 2018

It has been a busy stick-season setting up a new studio and finishing the publication of I Never Saw a Moose in Moosalamoo. The book was in many ways a family project, and it has been satisfying to see the culmination of our collective efforts in tangible form. Most exciting is the idea that this book will be the catalyst for experiences, and for families to enjoy the beauty of Blueberry Hill and the Moosalamoo National Recreation Areas, where my children developed their love of wilderness and outdoor fun!

There is a new website in the works, with a focus on handmade, one of a kind craft. This site is meant to both offer one-of-a-kind, handcrafted artwork, and help people understand the skills, creativity and dedication  local craftsmen and craftswomen offer their communities.

Work inspired by Hurricane Irene. A series of pieces using debris found during clean up of my studio after it was flooded in the storm.
